They are looking less and less like babies and more like little boys everyday :(
Liam is as agile and athletic as ever. He is now jumping everywhere. Even Peyton has started to become a climber, he has been caught climbing the changing table and the toy organizer.
They think it is hilarious to jump from the coffee table to the couch...yes our house is officially just a big jungle gym.
We had to do some rearranging in their bedroom. Peyton learned how much fun it is to pull the shades on the windows so we moved Liam's crib that has the crib tent to the side of the room with the windows since he can't touch them through the tent netting and moved Peyton into Liam's spot. It was confusing for all of us for a few days because we have always done "Liam on the left" whether it was their cribs or laying out clothes. It has been a week though and the change seems to be working and our roller shades are in one piece again (for now).
Peyton's shoe obsession continues he even likes to put shoes on after his bath to go to sleep. When he sees shoes in a book he insists on putting his foot up to the book.
They are both sweet giving lots of kisses these days. Of course they are also mastering the tantrum, especially Peyton!
We get fun reports from preschool that Peyton is definitely the "big" brother and he looks out for Liam. He won't come in from the playground until he sees Liam coming to the door so they can go in together. They are funny when it comes to eating at school too, each of the boys eats their favorite things off their plates and then they switch spots at the table and finish the other brother's dish, so sometimes one eats all the meatballs and the other will eat all the spaghetti. I love that they are a team.
They still love to read books and after several months the Dum Dum book (aka Hand Hand Fingers Thumb) has finally been kicked out of the #1 spot for 8 Silly Monkeys Jumping on the Bed and an Old MacDonald Had a Farm sing-a-long book. The Foot Book is still hanging strong in the top 5.
We have finally added "please" to the vocabulary...yay!
